Nano-grid formed on the GeSn film using EFSPL, along with Scanning Capacitance Microscopy (SCM) images of the nano-grid under different DC bias voltages applied to the tip (+2V, -2V, 0V). The redistribution of carriers between the film surface and the nano-grid is clearly visible.
